Packaging & Handling Guidelines
We supply bearings from over 140 manufacturers—always aiming to deliver them in their original, sealed packaging. If the original packaging is damaged or not protective enough, or if we’re shipping part of a bulk order, we repackage the items using our own tough, industrial-grade packaging to ensure they arrive safe and in perfect condition. Handling Tips for Maximum Protection:
Keep bearings in their original packaging until you're ready to use them.
If the packaging is damaged or open, contact us immediately. Repackage using polyethylene film.
Always store bearings in clean, dry conditions to avoid rust or contamination.
Wear gloves when handling bearings to keep them clean and damage-free.
Proper Storage for Long-Lasting Bearings
Best Storage Conditions:
To keep your bearings in top condition, always store them in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging. Their lifespan depends heavily on how and where they're stored.
Temperature: Keep between 20°C and 25°C, with minimal changes (less than 8°C)

Humidity: Maintain 60% to 75% relative humidity. Use a dehumidifier if needed

Location: Choose a cool, dry, well-ventilated area with little to no dust

No Vibration: Store bearings in a vibration-free place to avoid damage to internal surfaces

Avoid Sunlight: Don’t store bearings near windows or airflows. If windows are present, keep bearings out of direct sunlight, especially sealed ones.
Important Note:
Never store solvents, fuels, lubricants, chemicals, acids, disinfectants, or similar items near bearings, as they can cause serious damage.
